LoadAverageStat is reported in VSD as a very large number

The cache statistic LoadAverageStat is incorrectly reported by VSD as a
very large number. This is a bug in VSD, introduced with 64-bit statistics.

Workaround:

VSD for Windows, available for download on community.gemstone.com, does
not have this problem.
