FDC may crash stone on completion when cachewarmers exit

When FDC completes, it sends a signal to terminate the cachewarmer gems.
This signal is not correctly defined and causes a SIGSEGV in the repository.

Workaround:

Running FDC without cachewarmer gems does not have this problem.

If you run FDC in an offline copy of the repository, as expected, the results
of the FDC that are written to disk are not affected by the stone crash
and can be used normally.
