Embedded ClientForwarder can't print itself

An embedded ClientForwarder can't print itself. Instead, it tries to
replicate OPrintStream, resulting in the exception:

'Unhandled exception: Class creation error
- attempt to create a Smalltalk class for GemStone OPrintStream'

Workaround:

As a workaround for this bug, file the following method in as SystemUser
and commit it.
