Symbol List Browser: Update Error When Selected Symbol is Obsolete

A GemStone Symbol List Browser continues displaying a symbol that
has been removed in another tool (programmatically or through
another Symbol List Browser) until the Symbol List Browser is
updated.  If the now-removed symbol is selected when the browser is
updated, a notifier results:

  No method was found for the selector #value when sent to nil with
  arguments contained in anArray().

Workaround:

Deselect the removed symbol before updating the Symbol List Browser.
