VW 5i debugger does not restart correctly with multiple GS calls

When debugging client forwarders with a GemStone context selected,
the GBS debugger under VisualWorks 5i is unable to properly do a
"restart". Also, if you modify a GemStone method from the
debugger while debugging client forwarders, the debugger will
be unable to continue execution.
