Cannot perform remote debugging on multiple execution threads

GemEnterprise does not perform correctly if you attempt to examine
and debug more than one remote execution thread at a time, either by
using the stack save and stack change commands in Topaz or by opening
multiple debuggers in GemBuilder for Smalltalk. Examining more than
one remote execution thread at a time may yield unpredictable results.

Workaround:

In Topaz, do not save stacks. In GemBuilder for Smalltalk, do not
open more than one debugger at a time.
